Introduction
When using Tech Insights Monitoring module of HP WXP Collaboration, some infrastructure devices such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, may sometimes display a status of 'Unreachable.' This status can be confusing because it may appear that data is not being collected.
Cause
Tech Insights Monitoring reflects WXP Collaboration application’s ability to collect real-time call data from a device. Some collaboration platforms, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, do not support real-time data collection through their APIs. As a result, these platforms may show a status of 'Unreachable' in Tech Insights Monitoring.
The “Unreachable” status does not indicate a data collection failure. Data used for Tech Insights Analytics is collected through other supported data sources and continues to be available for reporting and analysis.
An “Unreachable” status for Zoom or Microsoft Teams in Tech Insights Monitoring does not affect the availability of historical or analytical data in Tech Insights Analytics.
