If you have our Microsoft Teams enabled for Tech Insights Monitoring, we do not collect from live meetings. Instead, we receive all the call data from the Microsoft Graph API after the meeting has completed. Currently, Microsoft has reported that it could take up to 30 minutes before the CDR record is visible on the Teams dashboard and up to 24 hours before it is available via the API. Once Vyopta has received the CDR record for the call following its ending, we will make the data available within a minute to Tech Insights Monitoring. We can only process data from call records since Microsoft does not make real-time data available via the provided APIs.
