HP Premium- ja Premium+-tuki (aiemmin Active Care) perustuu HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) -alustaan. Tässä artikkelissa on ohjeita WXP-ominaisuuksiin, jotka ovat ainutlaatuisia näille palveluille.
Care Packin rekisteröinti
Jotta tietokone on oikeutettu HP Premium- tai Premium+-tukeen, sen Care Pack on rekisteröitävä.
Voit tarkistaa, onko se rekisteröity, seuraavasti:

Avaa takuutarkistussivu

Valitse maantieteellinen sijaintisi.

Anna kannettavan tietokoneen sarjanumero ja tuotetunnus . Voit hakea nämä tiedot seuraavasti:
- Sarjanumero: Pidä kannettavissa tietokoneissa Fn-näppäintä painettuna, paina Esc-näppäintä sisäänrakennetusta näppäimistöstä ja etsi ponnahdusikkuna. Muissa malleissa kirjoita CMD Windowsin hakupalkkiin ja paina Enter, kirjoita wmic bios get serialnumber näyttääksesi sarjanumeron.
- Tuotetunnus (laitteiston osanumero): Etsi Järjestelmätiedot Windowsin hakupalkista ja etsi järjestelmän SKU.

Kun takuutiedot ovat näkyvissä, katso Palvelutaso-osio.
- Jos näet HP Premium -tuen, Premium+-tuen tai Active Care -palvelun, Care Packin rekisteröinti onnistui.
- Jos näin ei ole, ota yhteyttä jälleenmyyjään palvelun rekisteröimiseksi tai lähetä sähköpostia maasi tukitiimille alla olevassa taulukossa.
Rekisteröinnin jälkeen tietokoneesi pitäisi rekisteröityä automaattisesti yhden arkipäivän kuluttua. Jos haluat lisätietoja laitteen rekisteröinnistä, lue tämä artikkeli.
