Introduction
The purpose of this Knowledge Base (KB) article is to walk through the steps for exporting collector reports to your WXP Collaboration Collector. This can be handy when data needs to be exported on a regular basis and used for automation or feeding data into a local database for other applications within your environment.
Prerequisites
The only prerequisite to successfully exporting your data to your collector is running collector version 4.8.1 or above. If you're running a previous version, please upgrade using the following guide: Manual Collector Upgrade with Roll-Back - Best Practice.
Instructions

In Tech Insights Analytics, select a dataset or dashboard you would like to export.

In the top right-hand corner of the page, click on the Share now or later button:

For the Delivery Method, select Local Report Exporter.

Choose the Frequency and Reporting Period.

Provide a name for the file and click Save.

Once the report is generated, log in to your WXP Collaboration Collector server and navigate to the WXP Collaboration Collector directory. On Windows, the location is generally C:\WXP Collaboration. In the WXP Collaboration directory, you should now see a WXPCollaborationDownloads directory with your exported report.
