If you need to download the WXP Collaboration Data Collector, you can download the latest release from the WXP Collaboration Admin Portal with the following steps.
Prerequisite
You must be an Administrator of the Tech Insights Suite for your organization to be able to download the data collector installer from the WXP Collaboration Admin Portal. If you do not have access, contact your administrator to obtain the download.
Steps to Download the WXP Collaboration Data Collector

Log in to the WXP Collaboration Admin Portal.

In the top-right corner of the Tech Insights page, select Admin Portal.

In the WXP Collaboration Admin Portal, from the left menu, select Upgrade Collector.

On the Upgrade Collector, select the checkbox for Use an existing WXPCollaborationcollector.xml configuration file.

Select Continue.

On the next page, download the latest Data Collector for Windows or Linux. The page includes instructions to run the installers.
