Viewing Network and Connectivity Information
The Overview tab of the Printer Details page displays two collapsible panels:
General Information: From this pane, you can view information about the printer, such as when it was added and which group it belongs to, as well as network information, including the IPv4, IPv6, and MAC addresses, and the printer's hostname.
Connectivity Type: Displays whether the printer is connected to WXP through the cloud or via a Print Fleet Proxy.

Viewing Policy Information
The Policies tab of the Printer Details page lets you view all policy-related information for the printer. This information includes one or more collapsible panels:
Compliance Status panel: Displays the aggregate compliance status of all policies assigned to the printer.
Printer-Specific Policy panel: Displays the compliance status of any policy settings applied directly to the printer. WXP always prioritizes printer-specific polices over any group policy assigned to the group that the printer belongs to.
Clicking Edit allows you to modify the printer-specific policy settings. For more information, see Creating a Printer-Specific Policy.Zero or more Group Policy panels: If group policies have been assigned to the group to which the printer belongs, they are displayed below the Printer-Specific Policy panel in the order in which you prioritized them.
Checking the printer’s policy compliance
At the top of the Policies tab is the Compliance Status panel. This panel displays a list of all the policy settings that have been applied to the printer through all the assigned policies, along with the latest assessed compliance status, and if non-compliant, the reason why the setting is non-compliant.
The compliance status for each setting reflects the last time WXP ran an assessment of the printer against the policy values, and the date of that assessment is displayed. If a policy has recently changed, the displayed status may not reflect the latest information.
To check the latest compliance status, click Run Now. WXP will reassess the printer and update the compliance status of each policy setting.
