Introduction

The WXP Collaboration Technology insights application provides a detailed view of your organization’s investment in video and unified communications (UC) infrastructure. It offers insights on utilization, capacity, adoption, and real-time monitoring.

Provision the WXP Collaboration Data Collector

The WXP Collaboration Data Collector communicates with your on-premises UC infrastructure and endpoints. It must be installed on a server that runs continuously and has network access to these systems. The server can be a virtual machine (VM) or a physical device.

If your organization collects data only from a cloud vendor and does not have on-premises endpoints, the on-premises collector is not required. In this case, the WXP Collaboration Data Collector only needs access to communicate with the WXP Collaboration cloud.
