Resolving Login Failure Error

Introduction

Users may get a “Login Failure” error message when attempting to sign in to WXP Collaboration application.

When a login attempt fails,  WXP Collaboration does not automatically clear the password field. If you select the Log in button again without clearing the password field, the system returns the same “Login Failure” error message. Repeated attempts could lock the account for 15 minutes.

  1. Clear the password field completely.

  2. Re-enter the password and try to log in again.

  3. If the issue continues, perform a password reset.

  4. If you are still unable to log in, open a support ticket for further assistance.
