Introduction
You may encounter an error message from a Cisco codec- "The HTTP Feedback for slot X cannot be delivered.” This issue is commonly related to certificate validation or an outdated HP WXP Collaboration Data Collector.
You may see one or more of the following error messages:
The HTTP Feedback for slot X cannot be delivered.
SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK.
Resolution Steps
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the WXP Collaboration Data Collector. Download the latest version from the Admin Portal of WXP Collaboration application.
Verify that the Cisco codec is registered using HTTPS feedback. Newer versions of the WXP Collaboration Data Collector support HTTPS feedback. So your endpoints should be registering via HTTPS, and not HTTP as shown in the screenshot below:

If HTTP feedback is configured and points to the WXP Collaboration Data Collector, unregister the link.
For example, if the error is associated with feedback slot 2, run the following command on the Cisco endpoint:
xcommand HttpFeedback Deregister FeedbackSlot: 2
A reboot of the endpoint may be required after unregistering the feedback slot. Refer to the Knowledge Base for additional information.
Disable Certificate Verification (If Required)
If you continue to see SSL certificate warnings, you can disable certificate verification by running the following command on the Cisco endpoint:
xconfiguration HttpFeedback TlsVerify: Off
After applying this configuration, confirm that HTTP feedback errors are no longer reported.
