Removing Auto Enrolled Devices Using Serial Number

To remove enrolled devices using the Automatic Enrollment with Serial Number method:

1. Sign in to the platform with the IT Admin Role.

2. Go to Devices > All.

3. Select all devices to be removed and click Remove

4. Use one of the following applicable methods to uninstall the Windows Application from all devices:

   • Manually Uninstalling HP Insights Windows Application

   • Uninstalling the Windows Application with SCCM or Microsoft Intune

   • Uninstalling the Windows Application with Group Policy
