HP Premium en Premium+ Support (voorheen Active Care) wordt mogelijk gemaakt door het HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP). Dit artikel biedt hulp voor WXP-functies die uniek zijn voor deze services.
Care Pack Registratie
Om recht te hebben op HP Premium of Premium+ Support voor een pc, moet het Care Pack geregistreerd zijn.
Volg deze stappen om te controleren of het is geregistreerd:

Open de pagina voor garantiecontrole

Selecteer uw geografische locatie.

Voer het serienummer en de product-ID van uw laptop in. Ga als volgt te werk om deze informatie op te halen:
- Serienummer: Houd voor laptops de Fn-toets ingedrukt, druk op Esc vanaf het ingebouwde toetsenbord en zoek naar een pop-updialoogvenster. Voor andere modellen voert u CMD in de Windows-zoekbalk in en drukt u op enter, voer wmic bios in om het serienummer weer te geven.
- Product-ID (hardwareonderdeelnummer): zoek naar systeeminformatie in de zoekbalk van Windows en zoek de systeem-SKU.

Zodra uw garantiegegevens worden weergegeven, kijkt u in het gedeelte Serviceniveau.
- Als u HP Premium Support, Premium+ Support of Active Care ziet, is uw Care Pack geregistreerd.
- Als dit niet het geval is, neemt u contact op met uw reseller om uw service te laten registreren of stuurt u een e-mail naar het ondersteuningsteam voor uw land in de onderstaande tabel.
Na registratie zou uw pc na één werkdag automatisch moeten worden geregistreerd. Lees dit artikel voor meer hulp bij het registreren van het apparaat.
