Why am I not able to see some of the meetings from Webex in HP WXP collaboration > Tech Insights Monitoring?
Answer: The current Cisco Webex Collector has a few known issues when collecting meeting data from Control Hub. Meeting data may take up to 10 minutes to become available through the Cisco APIs, and participant quality data may take up to 5 additional minutes to appear. Because of this, it can take up to 15 minutes for a Webex meeting to appear in Tech Insights Monitoring.
Meetings that are shorter than 15 minutes may not appear in Tech Insights Monitoring because the meeting and participant data may not be available in time for retrieval through the monitoring API.
Note: Due to these limitations, meeting data from Webex is not guaranteed unless the meeting lasts at least 15 minutes.
