Interpreting Call Data within Tech Insights Monitoring

Introduction


The Infrastructure dataset in theTech Insights Monitoring of HP WXP Collaboration provides a unified display for all supported infrastructure types. However, not all infrastructure systems supply data for every column in this dataset. This article explains which columns are populated for each infrastructure type so that administrators can interpret the displayed values correctly.

VCS / VCSX

Data is displayed for the following columns:

  • Traversal Calls

  • Non-Traversal Calls

  • Traversal Calls Capacity

  • Non-Traversal Calls Capacity

CMS

Data is displayed for:

  • Meetings

  • Participants

  • HD Port License in Use

  • HD Port License Capacity

  • Media Load Capacity

CTPS

The following columns are populated:

  • Calls

  • Call Capacity

  • Screens

  • Screen Capacity

  • Video Ports In Use

  • Video Port Capacity

MCU


The following columns may be populated:

  • Audio Ports In Use

  • Audio Ports Available

  • Audio Port Capacity

  • Video Ports In Use

  • Video Ports Available

  • Video Port Capacity

PEXIP

Data is displayed for:

  • Media Load Capacity

  • ideo Ports In Use

  • Video Ports Available

  • Video Port Capacity

RMX

The following columns may be populated:

  • Audio Ports In Use

  • Audio Ports Available

  • Audio Port Capacity

  • Video Ports In Use

  • Video Ports Available

  • Video Port Capacity

Zoom

Data is displayed for:

  • CRC Ports In Use

  • CRC Port Capacity

CUCM

The following columns may be populated:

  • Calls

  • Registered

DMA

Data is displayed for:

  • Calls

  • Call Capacity

  • Registered

  • Registration Capacity

Note: Columns that do not apply to a specific infrastructure type will appear blank.
