Introduction
Identifying single-participant calls or understanding who attended specific meetings is essential for monitoring usage patterns, troubleshooting call quality, and improving collaboration efficiency.
The Tech Insights Analytics module in HP WXP Collaboration provides detailed meeting and participant data to track engagement and ensure your conferencing infrastructure is being effectively used.
Identifying Calls with Single Participant
In the Tech Insight Analytics, click Meetings.
Search for a specific meeting by using the Meeting Name (contains or equals) filter. The search results will show closely matched meetings.
Refer to the Participant (count) and review the ones with single participant.
Alternatively, add a filter condition for the number of participants.
After finding the specific meeting, expand the row by clicking the Meeting Name to see the list of participant(s)
Tip:
Use the date range picker in the top right of any tab in Advanced Analytics to change the dates you want to analyze.
Also, click the share / forward icon
at the top right of your page to schedule a one-time or recurring report.
Identifying Meetings on a Specific Bridge
To see all meetings that occurred on a particular bridge:`
In the Tech Insight Analytics, click Meetings.
Select your bridging infrastructure from the Systems dropdown. The data will refresh to show only meetings that used the selected bridge(s).
