Viewing Meeting Occurred in a Particular Bridge

Introduction

Organizations often need to review their bridging infrastructure and usage to support meetings. Understanding the meetings that occurred on a specific bridge helps with capacity planning, troubleshooting, and usage analysis.

This article explains how to view all meetings that used a particular bridge in Tech Insights Analytics.

Viewing All Meetings that Occurred on a Particular Bridge

1. Log in to WXP Collaboration. The Dashboard is displayed.

2. Go to the Meetings tab in Tech Insights Analytics and select the required bridging infrastructure from the Systems dropdown. The data will refresh to show only the meetings that used the selected bridge or bridges.

   

   Note: Use the date range picker in the top-right corner of any tab in Tech Insights Analytics to customize the dates you want to analyze. Click the share or forward icon to schedule a one-time or recurring report.

View Meetings that Lasted Less Than a Minute

1. In the Meetings tab of Tech Insights Analytics, select the bridging infrastructure from the Systems dropdown.

2. After the data refreshes, click New Group.

3. Select Meeting Minutes is greater than 1.

4. (Optional) Schedule this view as a recurring report using the share or forward icon.

Identifying Participants of a Meeting

1. Go to the Meetings tab of Meetings page in Tech Insights Analytics.

2. Use the filter criterial Meeting Name contains/equals to search for a specific meeting.

3. Expand the meeting entry by clicking the Meeting Name to view participants.

Tip: Use the date range picker to adjust the time period. You can also use the Share button to schedule a one-time or recurring report.
