Identifying Meetings With Most Participants and Longest Durations

Introduction

HP WXP Collaboration enables users to identify meetings with the most participants and the longest durations. This information is useful to support capacity planning and scheduling decisions. These insights help you determine where larger rooms or additional support may be required. By focusing on high-attendance and long-running meetings, you can improve room utilization, reduce conflicts, and make data-driven choices about space, staffing, and meeting policies.

Viewing Meetings with Most Participants and Longest Durations

To find meetings with the most participants and to identify meetings with the longest durations:

1. Log in WXP Collaboration. The Home page is displayed.

2. Go to Tech Insights Analytics > Dashboard.

3. In the Dashboard, add a new panel as shown below.

   

3. In the Participant Distribution panel, click on the bar labeled “>12” (or any threshold of interest). The Meetings tab is displayed, with the filter criteria of “meetings with more than 12 participants.”

4. On the Meetings tab, sort by the Meeting minutes column to find the meeting with the longest duration.

   

Note:

• Use the date range picker at the top right of any tab to adjust  the analysis period.

• Use the Share or Export iconat the top right of the page to schedule a one-time or recurring report.
