The HP Insights Health Checker is a utility that you can download and run on your HP PC to solve issues that are preventing it from enrolling into the HP Premium, Premium+, or Active Care Support services.
If you have not done so, from a PC that has that has HP Premium, Premium+, or Active Care Support and is unable to enroll, download the HP Insights Health Checker from the software page, and extract and run the .exe file.
You will see an overview of your PC's information.

How it Works
After clicking on the Run Scan button, HP Insights Health Checker begins its checks:
Verify time and communications
Your PC is connected to the internet.
Your PC time is +/- 5 minutes of your local internet time.
Your PC can connect to HP. If it cannot, you will be given a link to this article. Note: firewall or proxy issues cannot be solved by the HP Insights Health Checker application. They must be solved by your IT organization or internet provider. The article provides everything they need to know.
Verify eligibility
Your PC is entitled to HP Premium, Premium+, or Active Care Support if your Care Pack is registered and your PC has been imported into the service.
If the application cannot verify entitlement, you will be provided a link to an article that will give simple instructions to check the service level of your PC. If you do not find that it has HP Premium, Premium+, or Active Care Support, you will be given instructions for contacting the HP Care Pack support team.
Verify installation
This step makes sure that the software is available, can be downloaded and installed, and enrolls.
If successful, you will see the status message change to "Enrolled". This means your PC is now active in the service.
If not successful, you can will need to use the Report Incident button to submit a case to HP support who will contact you by email and provide assistance.
