How is Pexip media load calculated, and does it include gateway calls?
The PEXIP API provides WXP Collaboration with the data for media load, which is then displayed at the Management node level. WXP Collaboration does not perform any calculations on this data and presents it as supplied from the PEXIP system. This media load data includes gateway calls. However, it is important to note that the media load calculation methodology is proprietary to PEXIP.
