Introduction
Exporting endpoint inventory data is essential for effective reporting, asset tracking, and troubleshooting. IT administration require endpoint details, tags, and location information to monitor devices, validate inventory records, and align assets with business locations. This article explains how to export endpoint inventory information, including tags and location data, from the Tech Insights Analytics module in the HP WXP Collaboration application.
Accessing Endpoint Inventory Data
To export endpoint tags and location information:
Sign in to WXP Collaboration application. The Home page is displayed.
Go to Tech Insights Analytics and click Endpoints tab > Managed Endpoints.
If the columns for Tags and Location are not visible by default, click Edit.
In the dropdown list, locate and add these fields, then click Save.
Select the date range for the report.
Click Share or Forward icon on the top right of the page.

Note: You can also create reports on endpoints by using custom location or endpoint tags. To do this, go to the specific endpoint and add the relevant tags or location values. For detailed instructions, refer to the article Reporting on Endpoints by Location / Division.
