Introduction
HP is ending support for older, outdated versions of the HP Insights Agent and HP Insights Analytics versions. Effective September 1, 2024, devices running the following software versions or higher will only communicate with the HP Workforce Experience Platform cloud service. Devices running any other client agent software versions must be upgraded to continue service.
Windows: HP Insights or HP Insights Analytics version 3.22.1582 or later (recommended versions - 5.24.128 and above)
Mac: HP Insights version 3.24.1 or later (recommended version 3.24.2 and above)
Android: HP Insights version 3.24.6 or later (recommended version 3.24.6and above)
Access the platform to download the latest version of HP Insights, HP Insights Agent, and HP Insights Analytics softwares.
Note: Customers must ensure their network settings allow data transfer to the HP Workforce Experience Platform cloud service.
