Introduction
Understanding the percentage of audio calls versus video calls helps you measure adoption, plan capacity, and improve user experience.
This article explains the steps to view audio and video call trends in HP WXP Collaboration’s Tech Insights Analytics and to drill down to call details for further analysis.
Viewing the Overall Call Trend Panel
Log in to HP WXP Collaboration. The Home page is displayed.
Go to Tech Insights Analytics and click the Adoption tab.
Open the Overall Call Trend panel. This panel shows the number of internal and external calls in your environment.
Hover over the graph to see the actual number of video and audio calls (for your endpoint) for the selected time period.

Tips:
Use the date range picker in the top right of any tab in Tech Insights Analytics to adjust the dates you want to analyze.
Click the share or forward icon
at the top right of the page to schedule a one-time or recurring report.
Open Call Details from the Trend
Click the graph to open the Call Details tab. This view lets you explore individual calls behind the trend.

Identify Meetings with High Participation or Long Duration
To identify meetings with the most participants or the longest durations, adjust the date range using the date range picker. You can also use the Share or Forward icon to schedule a one-time or recurring report.
