With the new Zoom Connector, you can connect your Zoom account using OAuth, with optional support for Zoom QSS.
Zoom QSS is a Zoom offering that allows WXP Collaboration to collect quality metrics for all your Zoom meetings. Before enabling Zoom QSS, contact your Zoom Account Manager to confirm if QSS is enabled on your account.
Add Zoom to WXP Collaboration
1. Go to the WXP Collaboration Admin Portal.
2. In the Infrastructure menu, click New Infrastructure (near the bottom).
3. In the list of infrastructure types, click Zoom.
On the Configuration page, enter a Zoom name and description.
Expand the Zoom Authorization panel and select Click to Authorize to connect your Zoom account.

You will be redirected to the Zoom OAuth page. Log in.

Click Allow to authorize the app.

If the connection is successful, you will return to the WXP Collaboration Admin Portal and see the message: Authorization Status: Success.

Note
You do not need to modify any of the additional settings below the authorization section.
At the top of the page, click Disabled to change it to Enabled and begin data collection.

Zoom Rooms
Enabling Zoom Rooms for data collection may require adjustments in the Zoom Room name and display name used by your organization in the Zoom admin portal. To enable Zoom Room tracking and matching, please note that all Zoom Room names and display names must be identical. Additionally, all Room Names must be unique.
Once you have completed the steps above, you may want to validate that you are successfully collecting data from your Zoom account. Here are the recommended steps for a healthy Zoom collection:
