It includes a set of predefined dashboards and reports with clear visualizations and detailed analytics to support informed decision-making. These insights help improve technical operations and the employee experience.

The Analytics feature also allows you to create custom dashboards and modify existing reports, so you can focus on the metrics that are most relevant to your business goals.

Some of the core capabilities include:

  • Dashboard: The predefined dashboards of Analytics offer insights into system performance, security, application health, and employee sentiment. These dashboards are fully customizable to enable you to add widgets from the platform’s widget library. The drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to customize the layout
  • Reports: The predefined reports of Analytics cover essential IT and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) metrics. Users can filter the report data, sort the content, use search to find information, and export data. These reports are designed to track trends and gain deeper visibility into their digital environment.
