Your organization monitors only cloud-based systems (for example, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom), which do not require an on-premises collector.
You are running a version of the WXP Collaboration Data Collector or Endpoint Monitor that has reached end of life (EOL) and needs an upgrade.
If you need to upgrade your collector or endpoint monitor, contact support and we will help you move to a supported release.
