Validating Successful Data Collection from Zoom Phone

Introduction

After completing the Zoom Phone collection setup through the Zoom Marketplace, you can verify that call data is being successfully collected from your Zoom account. This validation is done using the HP WXP Collaboration > Tech Insights Analytics module. Please allow up to 24-48 hours of collection before performing this validation.

Validate Zoom Phone Data Collection

  1. Log in to the WXP Collaboration application.

  2. Open the Tech Insights Analytics module.

  3. In the left menu, click Datasets > Endpoints.

  4. Open the Call Details tab to view the Call Details dataset.

  5. Apply the filter: (Source Caller ends with Zoom Phone) OR (Target Caller ends with Zoom Phone).

  6. Review the results to confirm that Zoom Phone users and call records are displayed.

Zoom Phone call data appears in the Call Details dataset, similar to the example shown below.
