Unable to see Call Rate for CMS Acano servers using Tech Insights Monitoring

When viewing participant Call Rates for a CMS/Acano conference in Tech Insights Monitoring of HP WXP Collaboration application, the Call Rate value may appear as 0. This occurs even though Call Rate values are displayed correctly for other conferencing systems.

Solution

Cisco Meeting Server (Acano/CMS) does not provide the negotiated call rate through its real-time status API. Because most other supported infrastructure platforms provide this information, the Call Rate column is available in the Tech Insights Monitoring interface.

This behavior is not an error in Tech Insights Monitoring. It is a limitation of the Acano/CMS platform and the data exposed through its API.
