Understanding Unreachable Status in Monitoring
Tech Insights Monitoring reflects the ability to collect real-time call data from an infrastructure device. Certain platforms, such as Microsoft Teams, do not support real-time data collection through their available APIs. As a result, these platforms may appear as Unreachable in the Monitoring view.
Understanding Impact on Analytics Data
The Unreachable status does not affect data used by Tech Insights Analytics. Analytics data is collected through different mechanisms and remains available even when a device appears as Unreachable in Tech Insights Monitoring.
