Introduction
HP WXP Collaboration application processes data for Tech Insights Analytics nightly, Sunday through Thursday, with a weekly maintenance window on Saturday. Processing is based on Central Time (North America). As a result, Tech Insights Analytics reflects data from your environment as of the previous business day.
It can take up to 24 to 48 hours for endpoints to appear in the Tech Insights Monitoring and Tech Insights Analytics modules. Endpoint and location tagging for Tech Insights Analytics is usually available the next business day, but in some cases it may take 24 to 48 hours before it can be used in groups and filters.
Note: WXP Collaboration operates using standard time and does not apply daylight savings time adjustments. All reported times are shown without daylight savings offsets.
If data is not visible for a piece of infrastructure, you may be prompted to confirm that you want the piece infrastructure enabled. Select OK to enable it. After data collection begins for a device, it may take up to 48 hours for data to appear in Tech Insights Analytics. This delay occurs because historical data is processed once per day during overnight processing.
