Introduction

Monitoring call quality is essential to maintaining a consistent and reliable meeting experience. HP WXP Collaboration supports analysis of bad calls, which directly impact productivity, collaboration, and user satisfaction. Scheduling a weekly bad calls report helps administrators track recurring quality issues, identify trends over time, and take corrective actions. Automated reporting also reduces manual effort and ensures that stakeholders receive timely and consistent insights into quality of meetings.

This article explains how to schedule a weekly report for meetings that experienced bad call quality

Prerequisites

  • Access to Tech Insights Analytics

  • A valid Analytics user account for viewing report links

Procedure

  1. Log in to WXP Collaboration application. The Home page is displayed.

  2. From the left menu, click Tech Insights Analytics > Meetings tab.

  3. In the Add Filter search box, search for Quality contains Bad. The view refreshes to display only meetings that experienced bad quality.

  4. Review the results and click the Share or forward icon on the top-right corner of the page. A Share window is displayed.

  5. In the Share window, configure the report options:

    1. Export Type: Select one or more export options:

      1. Excel: This option is selected by default.

      2. CSV:

      3. Report Link: This option is selected by default.

Note: Excel and CSV will result in a downloaded file of the selected format(s), and Report Link provides a clickable link that will take a registered user directly to the same view, regardless of their personal settings. In this example, the notification email will include links to this view and to download an Excel file with the above data contents.

    2. Frequency: Select how often the report should be generated, such as Once, Daily, Weekly (Default), and monthly.

    3. Reporting Period: The Frequency also determines the Reporting Period.

      1. Once and Daily: No additional scheduling selection is required.

      2. Weekly: This is applicable when the Frequency is “Weekly”and allows you to select the day or days of the week when the report should be generated and sent. For weekly reports, the default reporting period is Last 7 days.

      3. Monthly: Select the specific date of the month for report generation.

    4. Message and Subject: Default values are provided for the email subject and message, which are editable as per your requirements.

    5. Recipients: In the To field, enter one or more valid email addresses. Separate multiple addresses with commas or semicolons.

Note: If a recipient is not a registered user, they cannot open the report link. They can only download the attached file and view the email content.

  6. Send the Report:  Review the required fields, and click Send.
