Managing Printers
The Printers screen lets you manage your printer fleet and onboard new printers.
To view the Printers screen, in the left navigation, click Devices > Printers.
The screen contains three tabs:
Printers: The tab lets you perform general printer management functions and onboard new printers to your managed fleet. This tab appears by default when you open the Printers screen.
For more information on the printers list, see Working with the printers list.
For more information on adding printers, see Onboarding printers into HP Workforce Experience.
Print Proxies: The tab lets you manage the Print Fleet Proxies that synchronize printer data between WXP and the Web Jetadmin fleet management service. You can connect additional proxies to WXP, rename proxies, or remove proxies.
For more information, see Managing your Workforce Experience Print Fleet Proxies.
Pending Printers: The tab lets you monitor the status of newly added printers so you can quickly identify and address issues preventing them from completing the onboarding process.
For more information, see Managing pending printers.
