Collaboration Experience With Vyopta Integration

Prev

Introduction

The integration between HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) and Vyopta provides real-time visibility into enterprise collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Poly, and CMS. This integration helps IT teams proactively manage meeting quality, room usage, and endpoint performance. This helps to enhance productivity across hybrid work environments. Vyopta complements WXP’s AI-driven Digital Employee Experience (DEX) capabilities to offer a detailed view of Unified Communication (UC) performance. The Vyopta add-on is available across all WXP tiers.

The Collaboration Experience is structured into four main categories, which helps to identify performance bottlenecks and take corrective actions based on actionable insights:

  • Meeting KPIs: Track metrics, such as total participants, meeting rejoins, failure rates, and issue scores.

  • Meeting Insights by Platform: Visualize average meeting quality across tools like MS Teams, Zoom, and Webex.

  • Meeting Insights by Location and Network: Compare meeting experiences across office vs. remote users, and different networks.

  • Meeting Insights by Device: Detect performance differences across software and hardware endpoints.

The integration fuses WXP's AI-based Digital Employee Experience (DEX) features with Vyopta's collaboration analytics, giving a single, integrated solution for unified communications (UC) infrastructure monitoring and optimized hybrid workspaces. Vyopta can be purchased as an add-on to all WXP levels.
