With the new Zoom Phone Connector, you can connect to your Zoom account using oAuth.
Prerequisites
To add a Zoom Phone Connector, you need:
- Access to your organization’s Zoom API URL (api.zoom.us).
- A Zoom account to register the connector (using oAuth).
Add Zoom Phone to WXP Collaboration
- Sign in to https://my.wxpcollaboration.hp.com/ with your administrator credentials.
- In the top-right corner, go to the Admin Portal.

- In the Infrastructure menu, select New Infrastructure.
- From the list of infrastructure types, click Zoom Phone. The configuration page appears.

On the Configuration page:
- In Name and Description, enter values for the connector.
- Enter the default API URL and click Save.
The default Zoom API URL is “api.zoom.us”; however, this should reflect the URL of the Zoom infrastructure and may vary for on-premise deployment.

Expand the Zoom Authorization panel.

Select Click to Authorize to connect the connector to your Zoom account.

You are redirected to your Zoom oAuth account page.

Sign in to your Zoom account.

If successful, you are redirected back to the Zoom Phone connector page in the WXP Collaboration Admin Platform, and the message Authorization Status: Authorized by… appears.

None of the Additional Settings in the panels below needs to be changed from their defaults.
- At the top of the page, click Disabled to change the status to Enabled. This starts Zoom Phone data collection.

Zoom Phone QSS
Zoom Phone can be enabled with QSS for Zoom Meetings.
- Raise a ticket with WXP Collaboration to complete QSS setup.
- Turn off RealTime API collection to reduce API queries.
Uninstall the Zoom Phone Connector
To uninstall the Zoom Phone Connector, do the following steps:
- Sign in to https://my.wxpcollaboration.hp.com/ with your administrator credentials.
- In the top-right corner, go to the Admin Portal.

- Select the Infrastructure menu or Icon on the left rail. In the Infrastructure menu, click the Zoom Phone Connector to launch the edit dashboard.

- Scroll to the Zoom Authorization panel, expand it, and select Remove Authorization.

- Close the edit page, return to the Infrastructure dataset, and confirm the Enabled switch is off.
To delete the connector, select the Delete icon.

- Once the connector is disabled and Authorization removed, the link to your Zoom account is broken.
To uninstall the plugin from your Zoom account:
- Sign in to your Zoom Account.
- Go to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Select Manage > Installed Apps or search for the WXP Collaboration app.
- Select the WXP Collaboration app.
- Click Uninstall.
