Introduction
The OS Performance report in the Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) provides insights into operating system-related issues that affect device stability and user experience. It helps IT teams monitor common problems such as frequent crashes, high CPU usage, and missing updates. This report supports proactive remediation by highlighting performance gaps, recommending corrective actions, and improving the overall health of the device fleet.
The data is organized into the following sections:
OS Performance Score
This section provides a high-level overview of operating system stability across the device fleet.
- Score: Displays the current OS performance score. For example, 72 compared to a benchmark of 80.
- Benchmark: The expected target score for good OS performance.
- Device Count: Indicates the number of devices assessed.
- Category Indicator: Shows the number of devices in each category — Poor, Fair, or Great — based on OS-related Digital Experience Score (DEX).
- Trend Arrow: Indicates whether the score has increased or decreased compared to the previous period.
