Trending and Metrics for Percentage/Rate-based Data in Tech Insights Analytics

Introduction

HP WXP Collaboration enables you to measure and track the reliability and performance of your endpoints and infrastructure by creating KPI and Trend panels in Tech Insights Analytics. These panels support metrics, such as Availability %, Down %, and Utilization Rate for endpoints, and Availability % and Down % for systems.

Tech Insights Analytics can generate KPI and Trend panels for both endpoint-level and system-level metrics when endpoints and systems are monitored in real time.

Endpoint Metrics:

• Endpoint Availability %

• Endpoint Down %

• Endpoint Utilization Rate

System Metrics:

• System Availability %

• System Down %

Configuring KPI and Trend Panels

To configure panels for percentage or rate-based metrics:

1. Create a KPI or Trend panel in your dashboard.

2. Select one of the supported metrics as the value.

3. Configure the panel with your desired filters, date range, and parameters.
