Introduction
Tech Insights Analytics allows IT administrators to track concurrent calls occurring on DMA systems, which is important for understanding system load, monitoring capacity usage, and identifying potential performance issues. Creating a dedicated panel for concurrent DMA calls helps you visualize call patterns over time and ensures that your conferencing infrastructure is operating within expected capacity limits.
This article explains how to create a panel in Tech Insights Analytics to view concurrent DMA calls. Administrators can use this panel to monitor system capacity and understand call activity across DMA devices.
Creating a Concurrent DMA Call Panel
You can create a Trend panel that displays concurrent calls on a DMA. Follow the steps below:
Log in to WXP Collaboration. The Dashboard is displayed.
Click Add Panels.
Select Add Panel under the Trend panel option.
Configure the panel using the following settings:
Category: Capacity
Metric: System Capacity
Group: By System Name
Chart Option: Select your preferred chart type
Filter: Capacity (Metric System) contains DMA
Title: DMA Concurrent Call Count (or another title of your choice)
After configuring the panel, click Apply to save the definition.

Note: The DMA Concurrent Call panel does not support click-through to underlying data.
