HP Premium and Premium+ Support (formerly, Active Care) is powered by the HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP). This article offers help for WXP features that are unique to these services.
Although the preferred way to enroll a PC into a customer tenant is by using the cPIN, you may transfer PCs between customer’s dashboards or transfer from your Unassigned Devices page to a customer’s dashboard.
Notes:
You can only transfer PCs that you can view in your partner multi-tenant, specifically PCs in customer tenants or your Unassigned Devices page. If you try to transfer PCs that you cannot view, you will receive an error.
Be very certain that your customer is in possession of a PC before transferring it to their dashboard. HP Insights can be configured to collect the last signed in user and the PC’s location. Do not accidentally expose this information to the wrong customer for a PC they do not have. Note: If this happens by mistake, you can always reverse the transfer and put the PC back into your Unassigned Devices page or into the correct customer's tenant using the same method above.

Note: You must use the same Customer ID value in all rows of the transfer file. See note #3 above for more detail.
In the Transfer Devices dialog box, click Upload.
Locate and select the file you just created and click Upload.
