Display Name Participant's display name
Meeting Name Name of the meeting, if available. For certain meeting types where a name is not available (such as P2P, "meet now" options, etc), this will appear as "[host user name]'s Meeting". Note that MS Teams does not provide actual meeting names. Only applicable to meeting platforms such as MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc. Not applicable to voice calls. Note that MS Teams meetings will not show the actual meeting name, instead showing a generic name based on the meeting host, such as "[Organizer's] Meeting"
Start Time Timestamp of when the participant joined the meeting.
End Time Timestamp of when the participant left the meeting (or it ended).
Participant Minutes The number of minutes this participant spent in the meeting. Note that this field is for convenience and derived from "Start Time" and "End Time"
Avg Source People Count If this participant joined from a group endpoint capable of people counting, this will show the average people count value in that room during the meeting. Only applicable to meeting platforms (not voice calls) where the endpoint in use is capable of people counting.
Max Source People Count If this participant joined from a group endpoint capable of people counting, this will show the max people count value in that room during the meeting. Only applicable to meeting platforms (not voice calls) where the endpoint in use is capable of people counting.
Participants (Count) For individual participant connections in this dataset, this number will always be 1.
Audio Participants (Count) For individual participant connections in this dataset, this number will be 1 if the participant joined the meeting with audio-only (not video), else 0.
Video Participants (Count) For individual participant connections in this dataset, this number will be 1 if the participant joined a video-enabled meeting, else 0.
Participant Audio Minutes The number of minutes this participant joined an audio-only meeting
Participant Video Minutes The number of minutes this participant joined a video-enabled meeting
Protocol The protocol of the pariticipant's connection, determined by the source platform.
Call Type (Audio/Video) The modality of this participant's connection (audio or video). Only applicable to meeting platforms (not voice calls) where the endpoint in use is capable of people counting.
Call Direction (Incoming/Outgoing) For voice calls, this will show whether the call was incoming or outgoing. For meeting participants, this will show as outgoing (the participant establishing a connection to the online meeting platform). Only applicable to meeting platforms (not voice calls) where the endpoint in use is capable of people counting.
Server Name For supported platforms, this shows the system location for the participant's connection. Otherwise, it will mirror System Name. Note: currently only supported for Pexip.
Quality Quality of this participant's connection (good, fair, bad) as classified by HP WXP Collaboration based on all available factors that impact user experience
Disconnect Reason Disconnect reason (request successful, timeout, etc)
Connection Status Connection status (connected or disconnected) of the participant's connection. If the value is "Not Connected", the Disconnect Reason column can give further information ("callee busy", "request timeout", etc)
Device Pool Name The Device Pool Name as configured in CUCM (relevant for CUCM devices only). CUCM
End-of-Life Announcement Date If known, this will show the end-of-life announcement date for the endpoint used, as specified by the manufacturer
End-of-New Service Attachment Date If known, this will show the end-of-new-service attachment date for the endpoint used, as specified by the manufacturer
End-of-Sale Date If known, this will show the end-of-sale date for the endpoint used, as specified by the manufacturer
Endpoint Category Type of endpoint, such as Group, Personal, Software, Phone, Immersive, etc.
Endpoint Name Name of the endpoint
Endpoint Software Version Software or firmware version of the endpoint used
Endpoint Tag Endpoint tag is a custom tag specified by your admin. If the endpoint used has been tagged, it will display here.
Endpoint Type (Hardware/Software) Indicates whether this is a hardware or software endpoint (or unknown)
Endpoint Type (Internal/Other) Whether this endpoint is a known, internal endpoint
Location (Endpoint) This column shows the Location tag that was set for the endpoint used in the call, useful for filtering and aggregating by custom tags.
Managed/Unmanaged (Endpoint) Whether the endpoint used is a managed endpoint in WXP Collaboration
Manufacturer The manufacturer of the endpoint
Model The model of the endpoint. For hardware endpoints, this will show the device model. For software endpoints, this will show the type of software (for instance, "Microsoft Teams for Mac")
Serial Number The serial number of the endpoint. Applicable only to hardware endpoints

WXP Collaboration Monitored (Endpoint) Whether the endpoint is in a monitoring group in WXP Collaboration
Meeting ID The ID of the meeting as provided by the source platform.
Meeting Modality (Audio/Video) The modality of the meeting. Regardless of this participant's connection (audio or video), whether the meeting video-enabled, audio-only, or unknown.
Meeting Sub Type The sub type of the meeting. Example values are P2P, VMR, and Webinar.
Meeting Type (Bridge/P2P) Whether this was a direct P2P meeting or a bridge.
Remote Participant Address The remote party that this participant called. For bridge meetings, this will be the meeting name. For P2P meetings, this will be the remote participant.
System Name System Name of the platform where the meeting was hosted (such as Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc). System Name is defined by the admin in HP WXP Collaboration when adding a new piece of infrastructure.
System Type (Acronym) Acronym of the source system where the meeting was hosted. Example values are ZOOM, MSTEAMS, CISCOWEBEX, P2P, etc. These values are maintained by HP WXP Collaboration. If you want to see the custom name specified by your admin, use System Name.

WXP Collaboration Monitored (System) Whether the system that facilitated this meeting is monitored by HP WXP Collaboration
City (User) The city of the user associated with this participant, as it appears in the Users dataset. Unknown for guest or external users. Any system where the participant is joining from a logged-in account that maps to a known user in the User dataset.
Country (User) The country of the user associated with this participant, as it appears in the Users dataset. Unknown for guest or external users. Any system where the participant is joining from a logged-in account that maps to a known user in the User dataset.
State (User) The geographic state of the user associated with this participant, as it appears in the Users dataset. Unknown for guest or external users. Any system where the participant is joining from a logged-in account that maps to a known user in the User dataset.

User E-mail The email address of the user
User Domain The domain of the user's email address
IP Address (Participant) It's recommended to use "Internal IP Address" or "Public IP Address". This column is for convenience, it will show internal IP address if it is known, but will show public IP address if it is known and internal is unknown.
Building Name Name of the building There are two ways this field can be populated. 1) If the endpoint used is mapped to a room in Space Insights, which is in a known building, that building will show here. 2) If network IP subnet mapping has been configured and the IP address of this participant maps to a known building, that building will show here.
City (Building) The city where the building is located Based on the attributes of the building, see "Building Name" for more info.
Zipcode (Building) The zipcode of the building Based on the attributes of the building, see "Building Name" for more info.
Country (Building) The country where the building is located Based on the attributes of the building, see "Building Name" for more info.
State (Building) The state where the building is located Based on the attributes of the building, see "Building Name" for more info.
Region (Building) The region of the building (user defined). For example, "EMEA", "LATAM", "Midwest", etc. Based on the attributes of the building, see "Building Name" for more info.
Network Name Name of the internal network this participant was using. If the participant's internal IP address maps to a known network subnet (configured by your administrator), the name of that network will show here. Otherwise it will be unknown. Requires network ip subnet mapping by your administrator
Inside Corp If this participant connection is mapped to a known network (see Network Name), this will show the "Inside Corp" flag for that network, which indicates whether the network is part of the organization's internal corporate network. Requires network ip subnet mapping by your administrator
VPN If this participant connection is mapped to a known network (see Network Name), this will show the "VPN" flag for that network, which indicates whether the network is a virtual private network. Requires network ip subnet mapping by your administrator
Quality Feedback If a post-meeting survey was completed (for example, "How was your meeting? 1 star ... 5 stars") the result of that survey will show here. Only applicable to meeting platforms such as MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc. Not applicable to voice calls.
Camera The type of camera used by this participant to enable video. Note that this will be unknown if the user did not enable video, it was an audio-only meeting, the endpoint in use does not report camera type, or for most external participants.
Speaker The type of speaker used by this participant to during the meeting, as reported by the participant's endpoint.
Microphone The type of microphone used by this participant to during the meeting, as reported by the participant's endpoint. Note that this will be unknown for external participants or if the endpoint does not report microphone type.
Network Type The type of network used by this participant. For example, WiFi, wired, mobile, etc.
Internal IP Address The internal IP address of the participant's endpoint, as used on the local network.
Public IP Address The public IP address of the participant's endpoint, as used to connect to the internet.
Platform The OS platform of the endpoint. For example: MacOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, etc.
OS Version The OS version number of the endpoint (if known).
Average Link Speed (Mbps) The avg link speed in Mbps for the participant's connection to the meeting platform server, as reported by the meeting platform.
CPU Load Average Rate The avg CPU load of the participant's device during the meeting, as reported by the meeting platform. Applies to software endpoints. Only applicable to meeting platforms such as MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc. Not applicable to voice calls.
CPU Load Max Rate The max CPU load of the participant's device during the meeting, as reported by the meeting platform. Applies to software endpoints. Only applicable to meeting platforms such as MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc. Not applicable to voice calls.
Media Node The location of the media node (hosted and maintained by the meeting platform) that facilitated this participant's connection to the meeting, as reported by the meeting platform. Only applicable to meeting platforms such as MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc. Not applicable to voice calls.
Device The device type used by this participant. For example: Windows PC, MacbookPro16, Android Device, etc. Only applicable to meeting platforms such as MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc. Not applicable to voice calls.
PSTN Voice This attribute helps to identify if a call was a PSTN or a pure VOIP call. For Cisco a call is tagged PSTN if it had traversed through a PSTN Trunk. For Zoom Phones a call is tagged PSTN based on the Path and Call Type fields.
Interop If this participant connection is via a group endpoint that is joining via interop (for instance, a Cisco Webex Room Kit that joins a MS Teams meeting), this field will show as interop. Only applicable to meeting platforms (not voice calls) and group endpoints. Personal or software endpoints are not applicable.
Elapsed Join Time (Seconds) Elapsed time for join request (in seconds). This shows the amount of time it took for the participant to actually enter the meeting after clicking to join, including time in "waiting room" Webex, Zoom
Microphone Status Whether this participant enabled their microphone during the meeting. A value of "off" indicates the participant stayed muted for the whole meeting. A value of "on" indicates the user went off mute and spoke for part of the meeting. Only applicable to meeting platforms such as MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc. Not applicable to voice calls. Note that a value of "off" will only appear if the participant had a valid audio receive connection. For instance, if a participant was in a conference room and joined only to present slides (with no audio connection) this would show as "unknown".
Camera Status Whether this participant shared content (for instance, sharing their desktop or an app window) during the meeting. Only applicable to meeting platforms such as MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc. Not applicable to voice calls.
Presentation Status Whether this participant enabled their camera during the meeting. Only applicable to meeting platforms such as MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc. Not applicable to voice calls.
In-Office vs Remote Whether this participant joined the meeting from a known internal network or a remote location. This is based on the list of internal network IP subnet ranges. If the internal network have been uploaded and the IP of the participant maps to one of the networks, this field will show "in-office". If it does not map to a known network, it will show "remote". If the list of internal networks have not been uploaded or the IP of the participant is not available, this will show as "unknown". Requires network IP subnet mapping by your administrator
