Introduction

The Company Profile feature in the HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) enables you to view and update company details to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date.

This article provides a step-by-step guide to view and update company details.

Viewing Company Profile

To view the company details:

  1. Log in to WXP. The Home page is displayed.
  2. From the left menu of the platform, click Account Management. The company page is displayed, showing two tabs: Overview and Users.
  3. In the Overview tab, the Company Profile section displays the following details:
Field Description
Customer ID A unique identifier assigned to the customer during onboarding.
Company Name The official name of the company.
Company Size The current number of employees in the organization.
Created On The date and time when the account was created.
Preferred Time Zone The time zone set for the account.
  1. In the Overview tab, the Primary Administrator section displays the following information:
Field Description
Name The name of the primary administrator responsible for account management.
Email Address The email of the primary administrator.
Phone Number The contact number of the primary administrator.
  1. In the Overview tab, the Company Address section displays the following details:
    • Country and State: The country and state names.
    • Address: The full company address, including street, city, and postal code.
  2. Click the Users tab to view user-related information.

Updating Company Profile

To update the company profile:

  1. From the left menu of the Workforce Experience Platform, click Account Management. The company page is displayed, showing two tabs: Overview and Users. A pencil icon is displayed next to each editable field.
  2. Click the pencil icon next to the field you want to edit. A popup window appears with the field name as the title.
  3. Make the necessary changes and click Save. A popup is displayed with a success message.

After you save the changes successfully, the updated information is displayed in the corresponding sections.
