The Device page provides you with all the device information and access to device settings that you will need to manage this device properly.
To access the Device page:
- If you have more than one tenant, make sure you are in the correct tenant for the following procedure.
- Go to Lens > Devices.
- Locate the device from the list and select the Device Name to open the Device page.
Overview
The Overview page displays the device information for the selected device.
This page allows you to view the Device information.
Summary
The System Status section provides a quick status of the Doc device, Device Status, Provisioning Status, and Shared status. There is also a link to the Tags setting.
Properties
| Field | Description |

| Serial Number | The serial number of the device. |
| MAC Address | The MAC address of the device. |
| Private IP | A private IP address is assigned to a device within a closed network. |
| Software Version | The software version of the device. |
| Private IP | A private IP address is reserved for internal networking (LANs) and are not routable on the public internet, requiring NAT for external connectivity. |
| Public IP | A public IP address is an address that is assigned to a device that is connected to the internet. |
Location

| Floor | The floor where the device is located. |

Connectivity
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Last Provisioning Sync | The date of the last update from the provisioning server. Note: - (dash) indicates that the device is not provisioned. |
| Date Added | The date the device was connected to the tenant. Note: A date of "Before 05/18/21" indicates that the device was added to the tenant before this feature was released. |
| Last Detected | The latest date that Poly Lens detected this device. |
Software
The Software section provides a quick status of the device software. This tile displays the following:
- Current Software version on the device
- Policy Software - The software policy that will apply to the device (Individual, User Group, Site, Device Group, or Model)
- Latest Available Software version from Poly
Note: If Update Available is displayed, select this link to configure the software update options.
Linked Devices
The Linked Devices section will appear when a device is attached to the device being viewed. A graphic of the linked device is shown with a name and a link to the Device Details page for easy access.
The supported Poly devices are:
- Microphones
- Cameras
- Tablets
- Speakers
- Remote Controls
- IP Devices (Trio, X50, X30)
Analysis
The Analysis tab currently opens the Analysis insight feature available on all devices. This feature allows you to configure charts to perform an analysis, specifically on this device. See Analysis for detailed information on this feature.
