Introduction

WXP Collaboration is a unified communications and Collaboration (UC & C) monitoring and analytics solution that integrates seamlessly with the HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP). It is a multi-modal platform that provides visibility across voice and video platforms from vendors such as Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. This helps IT teams improve collaboration experiences and resolve issues faster.

The WXP Collaboration platform is built in partnership with UC vendors such as Cisco and Microsoft and designed to support large deployments with many devices and Unified Communication (UC) Infrastructure. It collects, cleans and merges data from the different vendors and presents the data under a single pane of glass, showing the user the health of their collaboration landscape. Its simple interface allows IT teams to  find information easily and create dashboards and reports that meet organizational needs.
