From the left menu of WXP, click Settings > Preferences. The Preferences tab is displayed.
In the Preferences tab, scroll down to Company PIN section and copy the pin.

You use the Company PIN to associate the device with the correct WXP tenant.
Installing the WXP Insights Agent
Download the WXP Insights agent from the Download WXP Insights Software page.
For WXP Insights agent version 5.26.114 and later, use the following executable files:
WXPInsights.exe for x86 devices.
WXPInsights-arm.exe for Arm devices.
Locate and right-click the downloaded WXP Insights Agent, and then select Run using an IT administrator account.
Select Yes if Windows displays a User Account Control message.
On the welcome screen, review the information about WXP Insights, and then select Next.
Review the End User License Agreement, select the checkbox to accept the agreement, and then select Next. The Installation in progress message is displayed. After the agent is installed on the device, a success message appears.

On the Enroll your device screen, select Share my device’s serial number with HP to enable automatic enrollment.

Select Next. The enrollment workflow begins.

Auto Enrolling the Device
The enrollment workflow follows this order: Check → Tenant → Update → Enroll → Review.
Check
In the Check step of the workflow, wait until the agent checks the following enrollment requirements:
Time sync: Checks whether the device clock matches the server's time.
Network access: Checks whether the device can connect to WXP services.
File access: Checks whether the required files are accessible.
Location services: Checks whether Windows location services share the device’s precise location with WXP services.
Device entitlement: Checks whether the device has an active WXP plan.

If the device is associated with a holding tenant, you can either continue with the holding tenant or change the tenant.
If a warning or error appears during the checks:
Review the displayed message.
Correct the issue. Refer to the relevant Knowledge Base articles associated with the error.
Select Refresh to run the checks again.
Tenant
In the Tenant step of the workflow, the agent identifies the tenant associated with the device.
For Zero Touch Enrollment (ZTE), use the Refresh feature to retrieve the tenant information without entering a Company PIN.
When the tenant information appears, review the displayed tenant information.
Click Next. The Confirm registration dialog box appears.
Select Enroll to associate the device with the displayed tenant.
Note: If the agent cannot identify the tenant automatically, enter the Company PIN for the WXP tenant, and then select Next.
Update
In the Update step, the agent checks whether the installed version is current.
If the agent is current, it displays You’re up to date and continues automatically.
If the agent is not current, it displays an update is available. Follow the on-screen instructions to install it. A progress bar displays the Installing WXP Insights Analytics message during the update. Do not close the agent or turn off the device while the update is in progress.
