Introduction
HP WXP Collaboration application is a modern Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application deployed in a cloud computing environment. Due to the nature of cloud infrastructure, WXP Collaboration does not support or guarantee static IPv4 addresses.
Cloud Infrastructure Considerations
In cloud environments, IP addresses can change dynamically. Customers using legacy firewall or network infrastructure, that requires IP addresses for external access, are responsible performing regular checking of WXP CollaborationHost Name to IP address translation using a DNS query tool, for instance nslookup or dig, and keep their infrastructure updated accordingly.
WXP Collaboration Host Names
Customers who require IP addresses for network access should use the following WXP Collaboration host names for DNS resolution:
my.vyopta.com
api.vyopta.com
login.vyopta.com
Regular monitoring and updates are required to ensure firewall rules remain aligned with the current IP addresses associated with these host names.
