Introduction

The Tech Insights Monitoring API gives you access to real-time and near real-time data from your organization, including:

  • Endpoint dataset

  • System dataset

  • Calls dataset

  • CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager) call records

  • Meeting and participant dataset

  • KPI and trend metrics

Your existing Tech Insights Dial Back feature is also available through the API, based on the dial-back package in your account.

Intended use

The goal of this API is to let external applications consume WXP collaboration’s real-time and near real-time data as we collect it from your environment.

Out of scope

The API does not include alerting features or historical analytics data.

How it works

  • Protocol: REST

  • Format: JSON

  • Skills required: ability to make HTTP requests and parse JSON
