License Lens is a report within the Analytics module of the HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) that connects software usage data directly to license cost information. It enables organizations to identify unused or underutilized licenses, quantify potential savings, and make informed decisions about license reclamation and renewals.

You can view the following details:
Annual potential savings across apps: Shows the total potential savings based on the selected time range (Last 90 Days by default).
Top annual potential savings by apps: Highlights the applications generating the highest potential savings.
All apps usage details grid: Displays device-level usage and savings metrics in a sortable and searchable grid.
Dashboard view for individual app
You can view the following details:
Annual potential savings: Displays reclaimable or underutilized license value.
Annual estimated license costs by usage level – Breaks down license costs by usage category.
Device-level usage Scenario:: Displays detailed license, cost, and usage data.
Note: The default time range is set as Last 90 Days.
Data Export
All report data can be exported in CSV format for further analysis.
