# 安装 HP Insights Windows 应用程序的先决条件

## 介绍

要成功安装 HP Workforce Experience Platform （WXP） 的 HP Insights Windows 应用程序（也称为 Windows 代理），必须满足以下条件：

### **硬件要求：**

- **处理器：** 1 GHz 或更快。
- **内存：** 1 位系统为 32 GB，2 位系统为 64 GB。
- **磁盘空间：** 至少 30 MB 的可用磁盘空间。

### **软件要求：**

- **作系统：** Windows 10 或更高版本。
- **SNMP 服务：** 在安装 HP Insights 代理之前，必须安装并运行简单网络管理协议 （SNMP） 服务。

### **网络要求：**

- **互联网接入：** 设备必须具有互联网连接才能与 HP 服务器通信。
- **防火墙设置：** 确保防火墙允许与 HP 服务器的出站连接。
