# WXP Insights Agent的原生ARM支持

### **简介**

基于ARM的Windows PC在企业环境中持续获得发展势头。到目前为止，HP Insights一直通过利用Windows操作系统的模拟层在基于ARM的Windows设备上可靠运行。为了进一步优化性能并在基于ARM的设备上实现更高的功能对等性，HP Insights Agent的原生ARM版本于2026年4月推出。

本文解释了正在发生的变化以及需要采取哪些措施（如果有的话）。

### **正在发生的变化**

HP Insights现在为ARM和x86平台提供单独的Windows代理包：

- 适用于基于ARM的设备（Qualcomm）的HP Insights Agent原生ARM版本
- 适用于基于x86的设备（Intel和AMD）的HP Insights Agent x86版本

这确保了每个平台运行最适合其架构的代理。

### **对现有部署的影响**

现有已注册设备无需采取任何措施。基于ARM的设备将作为标准更新流程的一部分，自动更新到HP Insights Agent的原生ARM版本。

### **新部署和重新部署的指导**

对于新设备部署，请确保根据设备架构使用正确的代理包：

- 基于ARM的设备（Qualcomm）：使用HP Insights Agent的ARM版本
- 基于x86的设备（Intel/AMD）：使用HP Insights Agent的x86版本

从HP Insights Windows Application版本5.26.13开始，HP Insights软件下载页面上提供了每个平台的单独下载包。

### **平台要求**

- **HP Insights Agent版本**：5.26.13或更高版本
- **操作系统**：Windows 11，版本24H2或更高版本
