# 手动卸载 WXP Insights Windows 应用程序

## 介绍

当自动化方法（如System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)、组策略或批量删除工具）不可用或不适用时，可能需要手动卸载。此方法对于故障排除、设备重新利用或将各个系统从WXP Insights服务中离职时也很有用。

本文提供了卸载WXP Insights代理的分步指南。

### 卸载WXP Insights for Windows代理

要手动卸载代理：

1. 打开您的Windows版本的卸载页面
  1. 对于Windows 10，转到**设置**并单击**程序 > 卸载程序**。
  2. 对于Windows 11，转到**设置**并单击**应用 > 已安装的应用**。
2. 找到并选择**WXP Insights**，然后单击**卸载**。
3. 在卸载向导中，单击**删除**。该向导将卸载设备并从其注册的任何WXP Insights服务中取消注册。
4. 当对话框显示**卸载完成**时，单击**关闭**以退出卸载向导。

1. 从[此处](https://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/HP_DaaS/DaaS%20Client%20Scripts/GPO/Install/WXP-Insights-Installation-Scripts.zip)下载卸载PowerShell脚本。
2. 提取卸载脚本，并确保脚本文件保存到Intune和SCCM可访问的位置。
3. 请参阅`wxp-insights-uninstall-script.ps1`
4. 确保在Intune或SCCM中为代理创建了现有的应用程序部署。
