# 管理最终用户通知

## 介绍

Workforce Experience Platform （WXP） 中的 **最终用户通知** 功能使您（IT 管理员）能够允许平台向已注册的设备发送通知。启用后，用户会通过发送到其设备的通知接收重要的服务位置请求和其他更新。

- **“设备通知”**选项允许平台将重要通知直接发送到已注册的设备。这些通知有助于通知用户设备状态、更新和服务活动，而无需手动检查。
- 允许 **服务位置请求设置** 使平台能够向已注册的设备发送位置请求通知。此设置对于与服务相关的活动非常有用，例如查找要维护、更换或恢复的设备。

启用此选项后，用户可以响应：

- 由管理员发起的服务位置请求。
- 位置请求，帮助 WXP 跟踪资产并简化服务运营。

## 管理设备通知

要管理设备通知，请执行以下作：

1. 登录 WXP。将显示 **主页** 。
2. 在 WXP 的左侧菜单中，单击**设置****>最终用户通知**。 将显示**“最终用户通知”**选项卡。
3. 在 **“设备通知”** 部分中，将显示当前通知状态以及用于启用或禁用通知的切换选项。
4. 使用切换选项启用或禁用“ **允许服务位置请求”** 设置。
5. 启用后，设备会收到来自平台的服务位置请求通知。

更新后的通知设置显示在 **设备通知** 部分中。
