# 管理身份验证首选项

## 介绍

为了遵守组织的安全策略，您可以将 HP Workforce Experience Platform （WXP） 设置为仅使用 Azure Active Directory （AAD） 身份验证，也称为 Entra ID 身份验证。通过实施仅 AAD 身份验证，可以保证用户使用其公司凭据登录平台，从而提高安全性、简化访问管理并促进合规性工作。

本文提供了设置和启用 Azure Active Directory 作为 Workforce Experience Platform 的独占身份验证的分步指南。

### 设置仅限 Azure Active Directory （AAD） 身份验证

1. 登录到您的 Workforce Experience Platform。将显示主 **页** 。
2. 在平台的左侧菜单中，单击 **设置** > **首选项**。将显示**“首选项”** 选项卡。
3. 向下滚动到**身份验证** 部分 。
4. 单击 **“身份验证”** >“ **方法**”旁边的铅笔图标。将显示一个标题为“身份验证”的对话框，其中包含两个选项：
  1. Azure Active Directory 和 HP 帐户
  2. 仅限 Azure Active Directory
5. 从对话框中，选择首选的身份验证方法。

### 设置 Azure Active Directory （AAD） Entra ID 身份验证

若要设置 AAD 身份验证，需要 Microsoft 条目 ID 帐户。

1. 在 HP Workforce Experience Platform 的 **“登录** ”页面上，单击 **“登录方式：Microsoft 帐户”。** 将显示“ 请求 **的权限”**屏幕以设置 AAD。
2. 单击 **“接受”** 继续。显示条款**和条件**屏幕。
3. 选中“**我同意 使用条款和隐私政策**”旁边的复选框，然后点按 **“接受”**。
4. 验证你是否具有正确的权限才能继续 （组织可能需要 AAD 管理员授予权限） 。
5. 在应用程序列表中查找 **HP** **Techpulse** 或 **HP** **Insights** 。如果应用程序不在列表中：
  1. 作为 AAD 管理员，你可能没有足够的权限，或者应用程序尚未获得批准。
  2. 可能存在阻止访问的条件访问策略。
  3. 查看 **登录** 日志以获取详细信息。
6. 打开应用程序并配置：
  1. **分配用户和组**：向正确的用户组授予访问权限。

  3. **自助服务**： 批准所选组，以便他们可以使用其 Azure AD 凭据设置访问权限。
