# 使用 setup.exe 安装 WXP Insights Windows 应用程序

## **介绍**

## 下载 Windows 代理

1. 访问 [HP Workforce Experience 软件下载页面](https://workforceexperience.hp.com/software)。将显示**下载 HP Insights 软件**页面。
2. 在**下载 HP Insights 软件**页面上，单击**HP Insights Windows 应用程序**。将显示 HP Insights Windows 应用程序的版本列表。
3. 单击**下载**。将显示两种类型的安装程序。 a. `x86 Single Installer (.exe)` 或 `Arm64 Single Installer (.exe)`

b. `x86 ZIP Package (.msi)` 或 `Arm64 ZIP Package (.msi)`

i. **选项 a - 单一安装程序 (.exe)：**

ii. **选项 b - ZIP 软件包 (.msi)：**
  - 在安装程序下拉列表中，选择 `x86 Single Installer (.exe)`。将下载 setup.exe 文件。将其用于 32 位或 64 位平台。
  - 在安装程序下拉列表中，选择 `Arm64 Single Installer (.exe)`。将下载 setuparm.exe 文件。将其用于 Arm64 平台。
  - 在安装程序下拉列表中，选择 `x86 ZIP Package (.msi)`。将下载名为 `HPInsights.zip` 的 ZIP 文件。
  - 在安装程序下拉列表中，选择 `Arm64 ZIP Package (.msi)`。将下载名为 `HPInsights-arm64.zip` 的 ZIP 文件。

> **注意：** HP Insights 5.26.13 及更高版本支持 Arm 设备。

## **使用 setup.exe 安装 Windows 代理**

对于基于 Intel 的设备，请选择 **setup.exe**；对于 Arm 设备，请选择 **setuparm.exe**。HP Insights 的 Windows 代理将被安装并执行以下操作。

1. 安装 HP Insights 软件包，包括 VC++ 可再发行组件。
2. 下载并安装 HP Insights Analytics 包，包括 HP Insights Analytics – 依赖项包和 HP Insights Updater Windows 任务计划程序任务。

> 
> - 仅当满足以下条件时，才会下载并安装 HP Insights Analytics：
>   - HP Insights Windows 应用程序已成功安装，Windows 设备已注册。
>   - 设备在注册后至少两个小时处于联机状态。
> - HP Insights Analytics - 依赖项包不能安装在非 HP 制造的 PC（包括虚拟机）上。
